Shipping policy

FOR AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY - 

  • Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $150.

  • If an order is under $150, it is a flat rate of $10.60 for standard shipping.

  • Please note: Orders can take between 3-14 days to arrive, depending on your location.

FOR NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY - 

  • It is a flat rate of $16.95 for standard shipping

  • Please note: Orders can take between 7-25 days to arrive, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 

For the rest of the world, cost is based on the weight of your parcel. All international deliveries can take up to 20 days to be delivered once it has departed Australia, so please keep this in mind.

SHIPPING INFO - 

We make sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. We currently ship Monday-Friday. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be shipped 1-2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and details.

Please note:

  • If your order was placed on a Friday or a weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.

  • If your order was placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends, so please take this into consideration if you require your order before a specific date. 

In periods of high demand or during promotions, we can experience a high influx of orders. We do our best to get everyone's orders out on time, but please be mindful if there is a delay in your order. Our delivery times are a guideline according to Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION - 

For international deliveries, your local postal service will attempt to deliver your order once more if the first attempt fails. Orders generally remain at that postal point for a maximum of 15 days, so we recommend that you pick up the package as soon as possible.

If the package cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect addresses, insufficient information or inability to contact the recipient, your parcel will then be shipped back to us. The customer will be responsible for the costs involved as well as the logistics expenses incurred in the return delivery process and new shipment.

Spirit Girl Australia does not accept responsibility for any international duties and taxes incurred by your shipment, this is your countries policy. Nor are we responsible for delays caused by your countries mail service.
