Refund policy

Returns

Our Policy lasts 30 days from purchase of any Item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product, send an email to spiritgirloz1@gmail.com and return your item to:

Once we have accepted and received your return/exchange we will email you a gift card for the total value of your purchase. You can use this online to repurchase your correct item.

Please do not send Items back without first making contact.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days. The cost of the postage you paid to receive your item will not be refunded. This is a service from Australia Post that you pay for. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, first check with your bank again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sales Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
